Treat someone to a Cafe Murano Pasta Class. A 90-minute class with the team from Cafe Murano Pastificio to learn how to make fresh egg pasta from scratch. They will go through how to make pasta dough, make a spinach and ricotta filling and roll three different types of pasta: farfalle, tagliatelle and tortelli. At the end of the workshop, we will package up the pasta to enjoy at home along with a fresh tomato sauce and recipe card.
